Maisie Williams has revealed she has become a newly married couple’s ‘best friend’ Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker after bonding their love of the Sex Pistols.
The 25-year-old actress was promoting her new Pistol miniseries about the iconic British punk band as she made an appearance on The Tonight Show on Wednesday.

Fallon asked who was sitting at her table at the fashion event, with Williams revealing the pair sat next to her as she tried to figure out how to break the ice with them.
“I was at a table with Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker,” Williams revealed, as Fallon said, “They’re fun.”
Williams added: “I needed to be part of the conversation, to have something to say, something interesting to know.”
She realized that the couple’s outfits had been inspired by Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen, and was quick to tell the couple about their upcoming role in the band’s biopic.

Williams stars in the new Sex Pistols series as Jordan Mooney, a friend of the band.
She said: “So my thought was, ‘I’m on a show and Sid and Nancy are on this show. And I’m there too, so hello.
She added that they replied, “Awesome! We can’t wait to watch it. And that was it. We were best friends.

The new Pistols series is based on the memoir of band member Steve Jones and follows the band’s rise to fame.
The Sex Pistols reissue their 1977 No. 2, once-banned God Save The Queen, to mark the platinum jubilee.
Some 4,000 copies of the punk anthem will be reissued by Virgin, and 1,977 copies of the rare A&M version will also be available.
The Danny Boyle directed Pistols is based on the legendary punk band – consisting of John Lydon, Steve Jones, Glen Matlock, Paul Cook and Sid Vicious – and their rise to fame in the 1970s.
Louis Partridge will play bassist Sid, Jacob will play drummer Paul, Christian will play the band’s first bassist Glen, and Toby will play guitarist Steve.
At the time, the country was rocked by widespread strikes that saw uncollected rubbish in central London during a notorious winter of discontent.

The six-episode series began principal photography in March, with Danny Boyle serving as director and executive producer.
Based on Jones’ 2018 memoir Lonely Boy: Tales from a Sex Pistol, the supporting cast also includes Sydney Chandler as Chrissie Hynde and Emma Appleton as Nancy Spungen.
Jordan Mooney, real name Pamela Rooke, died in her hometown of Seaford surrounded by her family on Sunday April 3.
