Dannii Minogue CONFIRMS she will NOT be returning to The Masked Singer Australia – after landing a new hosting gig on the BBC’s gay dating show
Dannii Minogue will not be back for the next season of The Masked Singer Australia.
The Princess of Pop has confirmed recent speculation that she is quitting the reality TV singing competition on Saturday.
“My fashion commitments in the UK conflict with the schedule for filming The Masked Singer this year so unfortunately I won’t be returning,” the 50-year-old said. The Sun Herald.

“I am sure that with the opening of the borders there will be many surprises for everyone. I loved every minute of working on TMS and I will miss my role as Inspector Minogue.
the Masked Singer Australia is scheduled for a redesign in 2022.
Dannii is the second judge to announce their departure, after comedian Urzila Carlson confirmed the The Kyle and Jackie O Show Wednesday that she won’t be back this year because she’ll be too busy with her comedy tour.

“My fashion commitments in the UK conflict with the schedule for filming The Masked Singer this year, so unfortunately I won’t be returning,” the 50-year-old told the Herald Sun.
It comes after Dannii announced she was ‘thrilled’ to host a brand new gay dating show on I Kissed A Boy BBC Three later this year, which could see her return to the UK after recently living in Melbourne, Australia.

The eight-part series will see contestants pair up with their strongest match and kiss when they meet, but “everyone is a possible love interest” so things can change pretty quickly.
Dannii said: “There are millions of people in the UK looking for love.

“I am sure that with the opening of the borders there will be many surprises for everyone. I loved every minute of working on TMS and I will miss my role as Inspector Minogue,” she added.
“And I believe that love is for everyone, so I’m thrilled that a gay dating show is entering the sea of other dating shows that have been on TV for years.
The singer continued, “I have been a staunch ally of the LGBTQ+ community for as long as I can remember. My close friends know my dream job title would be Cupid.
“So it also gives me this feeling of love floating inside, just to be a part of it. Let’s hope there’s love, sealed with a kiss!

Exciting: It comes after Dannii announced she was ‘delighted’ to present a brand new gay dating show I Kissed A Boy on BBC Three later this year, which could bring her back to the UK after recently being located in Melbourne, Australia
The This Is It hitmaker also posted on Twitter to share a cast and wrote, “Having the opportunity to be a part of this show gives me this feeling of floating love.”

BBC Three bosses believe the program has “huge potential”, but have not yet released a start date.
Dannii previously worked on the UK version of X Factor and Australia’s Got Talent, before scoring his gig on The Masked Singer.
