Mr Lambert said the house’s popularity stemmed from the sellers’ celebrity profile, Hamptons-style design and the fact that it is on a ‘brand street’.

The two-storey house has five bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, four bathrooms, six toilets and a stylish home cinema.

There is also a large balcony next to the upstairs master suite, while another bedroom offers views of the nearby park and horizon.
