An Australian health and fitness trainer has revealed his high-protein breakfast hack that cuts over 150 calories from his burrito order from Guzman y Gomez.

Hardgrave mouthpiece, from Brisbanesaid she ordered a bacon and egg burrito without hash browns from the Mexican take-out restaurant.

She said it was her as her perfect “hangover breakfast” despite still having over 400 calories.

Without the hash browns, the Bacon and Egg Breakfast Burrito is 159 calories and 10.7g less fat than when included.

The health guru said the satisfying morning snack had 437 calories and 26.4 grams of protein.

She posted her hack on her popular Instagram and TikTok pages where it drew thousands of views and dozens of comments from her impressed fans.

The ingredient swap removed 260 calories from the burrito.

The original burrito order contains over 700 calories, but with Bec’s order, the meal is only 517 calories and contains 42 grams of protein.

The health coach was ‘so full’ after eating the burrito and encouraged her to try out the order hack.

Bec also told his followers that Guzman Y Gomez was his all-time favorite meal and that this order was his favorite.

She posted the calorie hack on TikTok and Instagram where many left comments thanking her for the healthy ordering inspiration.

‘My lunch order! So delicious,” one follower wrote.

‘I do this and you can barely tell the difference! So good,” wrote another.

“I’ve been literally obsessed with this ever since you first posted it!” I crave it and I have it once a week,” wrote one foodie.
