Open-top buses featuring British celebrities, modern and vintage cars, Olympic athletes and Army, Navy and RAF troops from Britain and the Commonwealth paraded through the city with action-soaked royalists on Sunday.

Celebrities such as singers Ed Sheeran, Sir Cliff Richard and Katherine Jenkins, model Kate Moss, athlete Sir Mo Farah, boxer Chris Eubank and DJ Tony Blackburn were among those on the buses and enjoying the celebrations.
