MAFS star hints at split from Todd Carney

Reality TV star Susie Bradley has apparently reported her split from NRL bad boy Todd Carney in a series of cryptic Instagram posts.

Married At First Sight star Susie Bradley has seemingly confirmed her split from NRL bad boy Todd Carney in a series of cryptic Instagram posts.

The on-and-off couple have been in a relationship since 2019, with the pair getting engaged in December 2020 before welcoming their first child in March last year.

Now it appears the couple have split, with Bradley alluding to their recent heartbreak in a social media post on Wednesday night.

The ex-reality star posted a photo of herself sitting by a pool with a broken heart emoji added to the photo.

It’s the latest in a string of emotional messages from Bradley, who has also deleted all traces of the former NRL star from his Instagram page.

Earlier this week, she posted a photo of the ocean, which she simply captioned, “Numb.”

She then shared another photo of herself staring into the camera, with the caption, “You never know when life is going to completely screw you up.”

Carney, meanwhile, deleted his Instagram account entirely.

Another hint that the couple might not be on good terms came in the form of a post shared on Bradley’s cosmetics page, The Beauty Clinic.

She shared an image on the company’s Instagram page of a Virgin Airline bad weather warning and text saying her flight had been cancelled.

“Could this day get any worse,” Bradley captioned the image.

She then promised clients in Lithgow that she would be in touch and planned to fly out that evening for work.

The last time the couple was pictured together was in a beloved Valentine’s Day Instagram post in February.

“Love is not always perfect. This is not a fairy tale or a storybook. And it’s not always easy. Love is overcoming obstacles, facing challenges, fighting to be together, holding on and never letting go. It’s a short word, easy to spell, hard to define and impossible to live without,” she wrote, alongside a series of images of the couple together.

“Love is work but most of all, love is realizing that every hour, every minute and every second was worth it because you did it together. We are real.”

She also hinted at a date for their wedding, writing, “Bring December 3, 2022.”

After her ill-fated marriage to barista Billy Vincent on Channel 9’s hit show MAFS, Bradley was spotted out in public with Carney as early as March 2019.

Carney was thrust into the NRL spotlight aged 17, however, his career was derailed by a series of off-pitch incidents which saw him sacked from Canberra and released by the Sydney Roosters before the infamous bubbler incident in Cronulla finally sees it. exiled from the NRL.

At the time, someone posted footage of Carney appearing to urinate in his own mouth on Instagram, and that was the end of his stellar and incident-filled career in the NRL.

Carney, who now lives on Queensland’s Gold Coast where he works as a concreter, says he has found peace in his life and wants athletes across the country to learn from his mistakes.

Bradley is also mum to a five-year-old daughter named Baby from a previous relationship.

Last year, the couple shared the first photos of their first child together, while revealing their bold name choice.

“Leo Daryl Carney. Born in Aries, Mar 27, 2021 10:50 a.m., 7 lbs 9.4 oz, 50cm tall on a perfect fall day,” Carney wrote on Instagram at the time.

He also shared a photo of Bradley breastfeeding Lion.

“The most common traits of a lion are majesty, strength, courage, justice, and power. A lion represents both gentleness and power all rolled into one. A lion in your life empowers you to make positive changes in your life, that of your family and friends. We love you our little Leo. You will be one of the greatest,” he said.

Carney and Bradley announced their first child would be a son in a whimsical gender reveal video posted online.

It was during the reveal that Carney popped the question, catching his partner off guard.

Carney posted the moment on Instagram, writing, “We all have dreams and in 2020 all of mine came true. In 2021 my greatest gift will arrive with a little Todd on the way and I will marry my best friend.

Bradley shot down the critics at the end of 2019, when the couple reunited after a few recurring months.

“I’m pretty sure it’s no secret that Todd has done some stupid things in the past,” she wrote online. “I also made a lot of disastrous mistakes.

“But guess what? We own them and we’ve worked them, and it’s up to us, so go ahead, we’ve come out the other side.

“Please keep your fucking opinions to yourself. If you can’t respect my relationship, please leave or I’ll block you, and it’s taking so long.
