Activision’s Call of Duty Modern Warfare II trailer was a big hit as fans enjoyed the franchise’s work a lot. More than appreciation, they were happy to finally have a release date for what they considered the most anticipated title. However, new rumors have been circulating the internet claiming that a new “Tarkov inspired” game mode is being added to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

A twitter user revealed this information via post mentioning some more details about the game mode. Apart from that, he also talked about its release date and some other features.

The Modern Warfare II prequel released in 2019, limiting fans to just one title under the series. Fans complained about the scarcity of titles, which ultimately resulted in the production of Modern Warfare 2. But, after production was announced, the franchise delayed the game for several years until announcing it. This year.

Now post the trailer and some other updates on the game, rumors have been circulating about a new game mode. Twitter user Ralph revealed this information in his last tweet. He said, “Modern Warfare 2: The ‘Tarkov-inspired’ mode, currently dubbed ‘Project Nexus’, is set to release free-to-play sometime in 2023.

Internet stalkers have now leaked crucial information about Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 even before its trailer release. So, with new leaks talking about the Tarkov-inspired game mode, it would be a rookie mistake to keep the subject in the dark.
