Mum who collapsed on parents race says she gets messages from thousands of guys

The mum whose bare butt went viral when she crashed into her daughter’s school parents’ race said she loved the attention she was getting – and revealed the incident had earned him thousands of suitors.

Katie Hannaford, 36, Essex, went viral earlier this week after falling face one during her daughter’s parents Sports Day race.

The mother-of-two’s skirt lifted, revealing her thong and sparking her unlikely rise to fame.

A few days later, Katie has now revealed that she has received 500 messages from suitors around the world, and that she and her children are recognized in their local town, in their Tesco and online.

And after coming to terms with the fact that her derriere has become a sensation, Katie admitted The mirror she captured the attention.

“I got thousands of messages – at least 500 of them were from men from Greece to Puerto Rico to Germany to even Australia saying ‘how are you single?’ and m ‘calling a “MILF,” Katie said.

The mother-of-two added that she had received emotional messages, including one telling her the video was the first thing to make them smile for the first time in six months.

Katie, who called herself ‘awkward’, admitted she had also received malicious messages. but said they couldn’t reach it.

She added that she had no intention of becoming famous and that it just happened to her.

She added that most people called her a good sportswoman and an “amazing mom”.

And Katie and her daughter are getting a lot of attention, whether they’re shopping at Tesco or selling items on Vinted.

“I thought something was on my face the way people looked at me when I was at Tesco yesterday – I had to face reality and remind myself why,” the mum said.

“My eldest daughter even got a message from someone on Vinted when they recognized her profile after seeing a pair of shoes she was selling,” she added.

She revealed her youngest daughter went to school after the story went viral and her classmates told her her mum was famous.

Katie could see the funny side of her mishap and said she hasn’t stopped laughing since the accident.

“The whole world has seen my butt now, but that’s how it is – I can’t hide it.” I don’t care, she said.

The fun viral footage showed the mum, from Basildon, Essex, queuing in the third lane from the left.

The race then began and Katie, who was wearing a blue dress, dropped onto her back, before falling to the ground.

Unfortunately, her dress came up over her head and revealed her underwear for the entire crowd to see.

Luckily, housewares business owner Katie saw the fun side, describing her trip as “hilarious”.

She said, “I’m not athletic at all, but [my daughter] kept begging me. In the end, I accepted the race – I knew I would come in last.

“I just tripped over my own feet – I think my body was moving too fast for my legs!” I’m so clumsy, I always fall.

“I was humiliated at the time, but that’s how it is! I flashed my underwear which is obviously embarrassing but you just have to own it.

“Looking back, it’s hilarious. Definitely the funniest thing I’ve ever done in my life!’
