How mum-of-two lost 37 pounds in 10 MONTHS despite a health battle that made it nearly impossible to exercise: ‘I didn’t do a hard workout’

An Australian mum-of-two has revealed how she lost 37kg in just 10 months and transformed her lifestyle without strenuous exercise.
Erin Fisher, of melbournethrew it weightloss travels in January 2021 with the goal of improving his energy while battling health issues.
Despite suffering from undisclosed chronic conditions that “compromised” her ability to exercise, the 38-year-old went from a size 16-20 to a size eight-10 in less than a year.
The key to his success was simple – healthy yet hearty meals via The healthy mom website, constancy and long walks every day of the week.

The 38-year-old couldn’t perform any ‘strenuous exercise’ or lift more than 5kg, but was able to overcome her health issues by focusing on cooking delicious hearty meals and taking long daily walks.
“Having finally prioritized my own health and well-being, I have improved my physical and mental health so much,” she said.
Erin had a number of ‘physical limitations’ and was unable to do ‘strenuous exercise’ or lift more than 5kg – instead she walked every day, did light yoga and stretches .
She also followed established meal plans and learned to customize dishes to suit her family.

“Having finally prioritized my own health and well-being, I have improved my physical and mental health so much,” she said.
Some of her favorite dishes included bow san choy, peanut sesame noodles, Vietnamese chicken salad and vegetable sausage rolls.
Prior to her weight loss, Erin recalled being ‘stuck in a cycle’ of not looking after herself, combined with always ‘feeling exhausted and in pain’ due to her health issues. .
“Long-term illnesses, high-dose steroids, chemotherapy, and significant medical complications have all contributed to such an unhealthy spiral,” she said.
During her weight loss period, she also took Carb X and Control X supplements which she said were “amazing” for her gut health.

Not only did Erin notice changes in her body, but her face shape also changed after losing the unwanted pounds.

“I think it’s important to remind ourselves of our accomplishments and how far we can go with small decisions every day.” Choosing health and wellness one day at a time,” she said.
“Last year was all about giving me permission to take some time for myself! Realizing that it’s not selfish to prioritize my health and well-being, and it actually helps me be a better mother and partner.

Erin said she followed established meal plans and learned to customize dishes to suit her family. Some of her favorite dishes to cook include bow san choy, peanut sesame noodles, Vietnamese chicken salad, and vegetable sausage rolls.

And she’s always baked sweet treats – including Apricot Almond Happiness Balls and Flourless Chocolate Cakes.
For other moms who also want to lose weight but don’t know where to start, Erin suggested “be kind to yourself” and “focus on how you feel.”
“Implement one change at a time, whether it’s increasing your water intake, moving around more, or allocating time for self-care,” she says.
